Returns and Refunds

We want you to feel confident shopping with Zharla. You may request a return within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

To start a return, email zharlacorp@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Please do not send an item back before receiving return authorization and the correct return address.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Unless an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once your authorized return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
